From Facebook

“I am very pleased to be one of the North Carolina Counsel with regard to the opioid litigation in our state. Pictured right is a part of our legal team, George Daniel from Yanceyville and Paul Coates of Greensboro. We presented last night before the Alamance County Commissioners. Also pictured, on the right, is Clyde Albright, Alamance County Attorney.

Our team has now filed actions against opioid manufacturers and distributors on behalf of the North Carolina counties of Yadkin, Rockingham, Surry, New Hanover, and Catawba. I am pleased that we have been hired by the counties of Brunswick, Burke, Gastonia, Onslow, Pitt, Randolph, Rutherford, as well as the cities of Jacksonville and Wilmington, and the Eastern Band of the Cherokee Indians. We expect to file on their behalf in the next few days.

It is our prayer that we will be successful in recovering funds for those we represent in order to help fight the opioid epidemic in our state. Litigation is expected within the next year.”
